Secure Payment & Privacy
- Your payment details are encrypted in transit between your device and our payment processor.
- We do not keep your card number on our servers.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Your order details are visible to you and to the team fulfilling the order — nobody else.
Order Protection
- Shipping is free on orders of 3 pieces or more. Below that a small shipping fee applies, shown in your bag before you pay. The delivery estimate for your order is shown at checkout.
- Returns are free of questions for 15 days from delivery. When a piece arrives faulty or damaged, we cover the postage back to us and you choose a replacement or a refund; on a change-of-mind return the postage back is paid by you.
- Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo of the piece and we replace or refund it.
- If your order has not arrived and the carrier cannot say where it is, tell us and we refund it — you do not have to keep waiting on a parcel that stopped moving.
- If tracking stops updating, tell us and we chase the carrier — when the parcel cannot be found, you choose a refund or a replacement.
These are commitments our support team honours on request: contact us with your order number and we settle it.
Product Service
- Every order ships in upgraded gift-ready packaging at no extra cost — nothing to select, nothing added at checkout.
- Pieces are 316L stainless steel, the alloy family used for surgical instruments: it resists sweat and stays gentle on skin, including on sensitive skin.
To keep a plated finish bright, remove it before showers and swimming and avoid perfume contact. Every product page lists its full materials under Product Details — see the Materials Guide for how our finishes work, and the Color-Fade Guarantee for what happens if the color lets you down.
After-Sales
- Our support inbox is being set up — until it is published, your order page carries the latest status of every order.
- Changed your mind? You have 15 days from delivery to return your order — the details are in the Return & Refund Policy.
- A plated finish that fades under normal wear is covered for 2 years by the Color-Fade Guarantee, and every claim is reviewed by our team.
