Color-Fade Guarantee
If the color lets you down under normal wear, we make it right — with a replacement or a refund, your choice.
What's Covered
Fading, discoloration or tarnishing of a plated finish under normal everyday wear, within 2 years of your order date. This is a service commitment on qualifying orders — you don't need to prove you did anything special to care for the piece.
Silver-tone pieces are bare 316L steel with no plating to fade — they shouldn't need this guarantee. See the Materials Guide for how our finishes work.
What's Not Covered
- Scratches, dents and normal mechanical wear (clasps, chains stretching, stones loosening from impact).
- Loss or theft of the piece.
- Damage from chemicals, abrasives or intentional force.
- Pieces altered or repaired outside VOVORAY.
How to Claim
Claim right from your account — no receipt, no email thread. Open My Guarantees, pick the piece, add 1–3 photos of the fading and choose your remedy. Every claim is reviewed by our team, and the outcome appears in My Guarantees.
Once your claim is approved, you get the remedy you chose: a free replacement of the same piece, or a refund to your original payment method.
