The 15-Day Window

You can return any piece within 15 days of the day your order is delivered, for any reason — or no reason at all. We only ask that the piece comes back in the condition it arrived in: unworn beyond trying it on, undamaged, with any packaging you still have.

How It Works

• Start the return within the 15-day window. Our support inbox is being set up — return instructions will be published here and on your order page shortly.
• We confirm the return and send you shipping instructions for sending the piece back. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you.
• Once the return arrives and checks out, we refund the full amount you paid for the returned items to your original payment method.

Refund timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer — typically a few business days.

Quality Problems Are Different

If a plated finish fades or discolors under normal wear, that is not a change-of-mind return — it's covered by our Color-Fade Guarantee, which is not limited to the 15-day window, comes with free return shipping, and lets you choose a replacement or a refund.
