Who We Are

"VOVORAY", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of this store. Full legal entity details will be published here once our Mexican entity registration copy is finalized.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order after successful payment. If we can't fulfill an order — for example a pricing error or an item that turns out to be unavailable — we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in your market's currency and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we never see your card number.

Returns & Guarantee

Returns follow our Return & Refund Policy (15-day no-questions-asked window from delivery). Plated finishes are additionally covered by the Color-Fade Guarantee. Neither limits the rights consumer-protection law gives you, including Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law for purchases in Mexico.

Using the Site

The site's content — text, images, branding — belongs to VOVORAY or its licensors. You may not scrape, copy at scale, or misuse the site (including attempting to interfere with its operation or other customers' use).

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses unrelated to the products or caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
