What We Own

The photography, Look compositions, product descriptions, illustrations, page copy and design of this site belong to VOVORAY or to the partners who licensed them to us. Our catalog is our own work: we shoot it, we write it, and the styling that puts a Look together is part of that work.

What You May Do With It

Browse the site, save pages for yourself, and share links to any of them — links are always welcome. Without our written permission, please don't copy our images or text onto another store or marketplace listing, scrape the site automatically, redistribute our content, or use any of it commercially. Press and creators who want to use our images can ask us; we usually say yes.

Content You Submit

Photos and text you add to a review stay yours. By posting them you give VOVORAY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, resize and reuse them in connection with this store — on the product page, in our own marketing, and in our apps. You confirm the content is yours to give: please don't upload someone else's photo. You can ask us to take your content down at any time.

Our Name and Logo

“VOVORAY”, our logo and our packaging design identify this store. You may use them to refer to us — in a review, an article or a link. You may not put them on your own products, listings or storefront, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse or supply you.

Reporting Infringement

If you hold rights to something published here and believe it is on the site without permission, tell us. So that we can act on it rather than write back asking, a report needs:

• What the work is — the photo, design or text you own, with a link to the original or a copy of it.
• Where it appears here — the exact page address, and which item on that page.
• Why the rights are yours — how you hold them, and the registration number if there is one.
• How to reach you — your name, your email, and the company you are writing for, if any.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
• Your name, typed as a signature, and the date.

Send it to support@vovoray.com. We look at every report. Where a claim holds up we take the material down or replace it, and we tell whoever posted it.

This is not a marketplace: we sell our own catalog, so most of what is published here is ours to answer for. Reports about a buyer's review photo take the same route.

If We Removed Your Content

If your review photo or text came down and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with your name, the content that was removed, and why you have the right to post it. We will look again, and put it back if the original report does not hold up.
